I just wanted to drop a quick note thanking you, dear readers, for reading my page and posting links to DanielHonigman.com.

Pages linking me in the last month are:

Dan Schawbel, Stogie Lover, Hugo E. Martin, Todd Andrlik, The Marketer, Mike Sansone, Cigar Beat, Computers World South Africa, Mike Maddaloni, and Best of the Best Dining in Chicago.

Thanks, guys!

For the last week or so, I’ve been creating a new content strategy for the Marketing Newsblog, and I just realized that I haven’t posted a “best-of” list for new readers! (It’s something all bloggers should do once a month, I’d say.)

Anyway, here are some of my best posts:

1) If you do a Google search for Chicago 2016, you’ll see I’m the #1-ranked blogger on the Olympic bid. Check out my Chicago 2016 posts here!

2) Several weeks ago, I wrote this post, “The Outdoor Marketer’s Oversight,” about how outdoor ads really don’t have any actionable information. For example, a bus ad can promote awareness, but why not give a consumer something to do? Instead of listing your Web site, send them to a mobile Web site.

3) Here’s a review I wrote for UR Chicago Magazine about Piatto, an Italian restaurant in Chicago’s Northbrook neighborhood.

4) My most recent cigar review, of the CAO Black Gothic

5) One of my all-time favorite posts, a video of Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens crying in a press conference after a loss to the New York Giants in the NFC divisional playoffs.
