Tidbit of the Day: Hitting up IxDA Chicago tomorrow

I recently wrote a piece on mobile marketing for the January issue of Marketing News (unfortunately, the January issue isn’t up yet). One of the things I found was that, since many mobile design platforms aren’t yet up to snuff, interaction design is still something that is sorely lacking in mobile applications.

I’ll be stopping by Critical Mass tomorrow, as they’re hosting a Interaction Design Association discussion on mobile design and usability. It should be an informative event, as CM is one of the city’s premier digital agencies, and since lots of folks have interesting things to say about mobile and, of course, the headaches associated with mobile development.
