Since I know how critical you are of Kanye, what do you think about this?

It’s extremely self-indulgent. If he’s going to make songs like this, he shouldn’t bother writing tunes like “Diamonds in Sierra Leone”.
This song also shows how unhappy he really is, deep down. If Kanye still feels he needs to “get his money right” even with all he has, there’s something missing from his life. And if his insecurities keep him from doing good for others, it’s inexcusable.
With that said, I’m going to use the ultimate cop-out: The song has a dope beat.
